Linde Hydraulics GmbH & Co KG is pleased to welcome you to this website. Below you will find information about the type, scope and purposes of processing your personal data.

(1) In the following we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data includes all data that is personally identifiable to you, such as name, address, email address and user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or we limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.

(4) If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.

Section 3: Collection of personal data when you visit our website

(1) In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer you - in each case with prior consent - the opportunity to contact us using the contact form “General Inquiries” provided on this website. In the event that you wish to send us a “general inquiry”, we will inform you below in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR as part of the collection of your personal data. By entering your email address or your telephone number and an entry in the message field, you give us the opportunity to respond to your inquiry and then to contact you specifically (the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. a of the GDPR). Section 7: Registration for our newsletter

(1) With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.
(2) We use the double opt-in procedure for subscription to our newsletter. This means that after your registration (by entering your email address and clicking on a tick box), we will send you an email to the specified email address, in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted. In addition, we store the IP addresses you have used and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to be able to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.
(3) The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a of the GDPR.
(4) Our email newsletter is sent out by the advertising agency Media52, Grainger’s Porcelain Works, Unit 9a, St. Martin’s Quarter, Silver Street, Worcester WR1 2DA, Great Britain. Your email address, which you provide when registering for our newsletters, will be provided to Media52 for this purpose.
(5) You can withdraw your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and cancel the newsletter. Section 8: Integration of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”).
