The functionality of the directional control valves can be extended by using plates, which are mounted directly to the work ports of the directional control valves.
Currently available are so called tank bypass plates which reduce the pressures in the return path and thus help to increase the efficiency of a application.
in addition to the internal connection inside the valve the plate provides a separte connection between work port and tank.
This function is activated by the same pilot signal, which also controls the valve itself.
