The base plate is the basic element of the modular system. It provides the basic infrastructure to supply the power and signal paths for all attached directional control valves and extensions.
Depending on the design, further basic functions can be integrated, such as the complete pressure relief for the hydraulic system. The base plates can be piloted electrically or hydraulically and provide further interfaces, depending on the type of base plate used. These interfaces support the mounting of directional control valves or extension modules. There are two different types of base plates:
VT4 (shown)
- Base for a manifold plate with 3-12 actuators
- For three sub plate mounted directional control valves
- Expandable via IF32- and SW18-Interface
- Integrated pressure relief function, unload valve und LS drain
- Optional check valve for cooler and tank ?
VT1 (not shown)
- Base for a manifold plate with 1-3 actuators
- For one sub plate mounted directional control valve
- expendable via IF32-Interface
- Pressure relief and other functions via module at the IF32-Interface
