New large displacement pumps and motors with nominal sizes of up to 280 cm3/rev
Linde Hydraulics extended its product range by axial piston pumps and motors with the nominal sizes 210 and 280 (the figures represent the respective nominal displacement in cm3/rev).
Expensive mechanical gearing stages can be saved due to the high torque capabilities of these large displacement motors. The advantage for the manufacturer and the operating company is obvious: improved efficiency of the total system which now has become even more reliable.
Larger-sized machines of typical mobile applications such as hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, pavers, municipal vehicles, agricultural and forestry machinery can be equipped with these new variable and self priming regulating pumps sized at 210 and 280 cm3/rev and the equally sized variable displacement and pressure regulating motors. As a matter of principle displacements of that scale (also for application in medium-sized machines) offer the possibility to reduce speeds (rpm). As a consequence noise and fuel consumption are considerably reduced and life time is increasing. Even at low speeds the design of Linde’s swash plate motors guarantees accurate control of the hydrostat and efficient low speed behaviour. Thus the operator can fully rely on a sensitive and smooth operation of the construction machine when starting, stopping or manoeuvring.
The ability to swash down to zero displacement is a common feature of all Linde variable displacement motors. This feature offers the manufacturer totally new options with regard to the realisation of anti-slip-control or with regard to switching on and off displacement in case of multiple-motor transmissions.
Linde offers variable and self-priming regulating pumps as well as variable displacement and pressure regulating motors for closed and open loop applications of the sizes 28, 35, 55, 75, 105, 135, 165, 210 and 280 cm3/rev. The newly developed large displacement pumps and motors are based on the proven design features of the Series 02:
