Continuous operation and harsh operating conditions of construction machinery require, in addition to optimum coordination of all drive components, that system faults be diagnosed rapidly and at an early stage. With its LinDiag® software, Linde Hydraulics offers both: parameterisation and diagnostics.
LinDiag® is adapted to the hydraulic components and the LinTronic electronics program from Linde Hydraulics. LinDiag® and LinTronic can be used in the diverse application fields of mobile drive systems: in construction, farm and forestry machines as well as in public service vehicles and materials handling equipment. Depending on the application and customer request, a diverse range of drive functions can be parameterised. These range from maximum driving speed to diesel adjustment characteristics and maximum supply current of the hydraulic pump, through to acceleration and deceleration characteristics, overspeed protection and anti-stall control.
In series production, the machine manufacturer therefore has the possibility to choose from various fixed parameters and thus gear the design of his machine specifically to the individual customer and the specific application.
A teach-in function optimises coordination of all system components such as joystick, pedal, diesel engine, hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor. Additional function groups in the extensive array of services offered by LinDiag® are error diagnostics, cable harness testing, flashing (software update) as well as documentation and reporting.
Due to the modular design of LinDiag® it is easy to add or remove individual function blocks. The most important component in addition to the parameterisation is diagnostics. All relevant engine and drive system data such as diesel speed, output speed, working pressure, oil temperature, on-board power supply and input signals can be checked. A documentation system indicates imminent errors at an early stage. As a result, failures and machine downtimes can be prevented through regular checks and proactive service. Thus, LinDiag® offers a clear plus for the user in terms of safety and reliability.
The simple and clear program structure as well as the user-friendly interface with large icons facilitate diagnostics, documentation and reporting. All functions are clearly arranged on the screen and can be used quickly and easily via a laptop.
